I have never been an iced coffee lover because when you think of coffee you think of hot cup sitting outside at 60 degree weather viewing the sunrise.
Well, joke is on me because I decide to try something different at Starbucks because it’s so hot in Texas! Memo check - did someone leave the gates of hell open. AGAIN!
As I enjoyed my first try “Iced Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce with Non fat milk and extra shot of espresso” (holy word order). I felt that I could not commit in this new love connection for $6.87 for each drink.
So I decide to make one myself in my own kitchen! Of course it didn’t taste the same the first time or the next 3 times because I added the ice after (Note: Put ice in glass first then pour coffee).
After the 6th try I finally got it! So here’s how you can make it to on the FIRST TRY!
What you will need:

Espresso Coffee or Instant Coffee.
Milk of your choose – I’ve learned if the milk has more water in it you won’t get the right taste. I go with 1% or Soy Milk (whatever has the less sugar). I tried Coconut milk and it just tasted like water down coffee.
How to make it:
1. First add ice to the top of the cup (when you pour the boiling hot coffee it will shrink to half the size).
2. Pour hot coffee into a little over half the cup (depends on how much you enjoy the coffee taste). I personally like the coffee taste so I pour a little over half almost 3/4 of the glass.
3. Depending what size the cup is - I use the 16 oz recycled glass cup from starbucks. That holds about 4.5 pumps of the sugar free cinnamon dolce. Click Here to purchase 16 oz Recycled Starbucks Cup
4. Pour milk of your choose - fill the the remainder of the cup.
5. Stir all together.
6. Sprinkle Cinnamon on top
and BOOM you have yourself a starbucks coffee, no need to spend almost $7 dollars!!
